I have the car in the air and have the lug nuts off, but the back 2 rims are stuck on. I sprayed PB blaster and putting the E-brake down but nothing works. Any idea why they wont come off? I've searched but havent found anything yet.

use a big rubber mallet. one of my winter wheels were stuck, i tried everything. i ended up using a 3ft piece of 2x4, placing it behind the wheel and beat the crap outta the wood, popped right off.
park like 3 feet from a curb or wall and jack the car up. then put your back against the wall and kick the wheel at the 3 o'clock and then 9 o'clock position. alternate and repeat until wheel comes off (worked for me on a beemer)
Start the lugs, lower it to the ground, and jump on the rear bumper. If they're really stuck, drive forward slowly and they'll come. You might not have to though, I've had really good luck with kicking...
One of my old beaters had a stuck wheel. I tried everything to get it off. I hit it with hammers, mallets, kicked it, tried smashing it from the back with a 5ft long 2x4 ... nothing worked ... So I sold it lol
White lithium grease also works great as an anti-corrosive on hubs. Just make sure to not spray the rotors, and if you do, clean them very well with some brake cleaner.
