THIS KIT IS BUILT AROUND KEEPING EMISSIONS EQIUP (2ND CAT AND STOCK FUEL INJECTORS ARE RETAINED)
Kit includes the following:
OBX modified manifold
T3 to mitsubishi adaptor (allows bolt on of any mitsubishi turbo including 16gs and 20gs)
T25 turbo (good for 250 horse maxed out at 15 psi) turbo has hardly any shaft play
O2 housing
stainless braided -3 oil feed line and fittings
pushlock return line with heat shielding
Split second ESC1 (O2 sensor blinder to allow fuel control)
Split second AIC1 (5th injector controller)
Split second Map clamp
Custom intercooler piping with clamps and couplers
5th 720cc injector
Custom intake pipe with filter
ssqv bov
saab FMIC.
Software and cable for tuning 5th injector controller
OBD2 logger cable.
triple gauge pod (boost,air fuel,water temp.)
gauge pod needs some fiberglass work
also a custom gauge surrond with custom gauge pod built in (also needs some fiberglass work)
Only thing the kit needs is a bung welded into oil pan and your stock o2 sensor wiring extended to reach the o2 housing along with enlarging the hole on the drivers side of the core support to allow intercooler pipes to pass through cutting your fuel line and adding a "t" for the 5th injector hose. You also need to shorten 2 exhaust studs slightly (dremel to cut them shorter to clear 2 runners on the exhaust manifold) and you need to have a downpipe made at an exhaust shop THIS IS A TOTAL SLEEPER SETUP.
i got this setup about a year ago and im selling my car so all my parts are coming off i am also selling ksport coilovers ,22mm rear sway bar, apr carbon fiber spoiler, kenwood touchscreen indash tv stock carbon fiber hood needs sanded and recleared
