so my body kit should be coming in monday or tuesday.. I don't think the front or back should be very hard at all, but I cant find anything on taking the side skirts off. Does anyone know how easy/hard it is to remove them? maybe any quick tips on what I'm going to have to do?

You're going to have to simply pull after unscrewing it from the wheel wells. They are held on by tree-style push clips. You'll pretty much have to break the clips off by pulling the side skirt. When you take the stock ones off, consider them off for good, though you could always buy new clips.

any idea how much new clips cost?

No clue. You might only be able to get them from Hyundai. They are a fairly specific application. Your new side skirts won't be able to use them. I put a few self-tapping screws in from the bottom for the kit skirts. You'll likely need spacers, if you go that route.

from the hyundai dealer if you supply your vin probably anywhere from 2.99 to 93.45
they probably have at least 4 different types for your model and year

Yea as stated above theres alot of plastic clips running underneath the sideskirts pointing straight up which hold it secure to the car. Once they break youd need new clips.

Also MOST sideskirts are pretty forgiving and can mount right oVER the stock sidekskirts. That all depends on how well they fit tho. I know my sideskirts went right over my stockers as well as the skirts from my old bodykit. Ive also read about a few others that were able to mount right over the stockers dont remember which brand tho. All depends on the sideskirts you got and how well fitting they are. IMO its easier to do it that way not having to remove the stockers. And instalation might be a bit easier being all you have to do is screw the skirts in by the wheel wells, and then for the top they can be nicely mounted right on the stock skirts with the door open with some good doublesided tape for that area. All depends on what skirts you got.

Those are the same sideskirts i got.....so yea they should fit fine right over the stock skirts...BUT you might need to do a little sanding and trimming here and there along the edges and ALSO...regardless if you removed the skirt or not....up by the front wheels theyre kinda tight and need to sometimes be foreced on in that spot. They arent that perfect fitting out of the box so a little light sanding and shaving is needed. Its recommended you fit and mount these on before getting them painted. But you should be able to pull it off with the skirts still in place i know i did. Worse comes to worse i guess remove the skirts if you have to and see how they do that way. I think the problem with that tho is itll leave no good flat place by the door to doublesided tape them down. But also its been a while for me playing with those so youll have to play and experiment with it regardless and see what works best.

Not a bad deal on those sideskirts either. That basic 4 piece kit used to cost almost 2 grand for just bumpers and skirts.

thanks for the help man.. and yeah i think i got a good deal. i got those side skirts and rear pods, the m&s warrior front bumper, and the headlight covers importshark had in that sale all for about 500 bucks after shipping. and then both my cousin and uncle are good body guys and can paint it for a good price. :D

Indeed. Back in the day you couldnt purchase the front bumper for that much. So its a deal and a half. And if you have body shop guys in your family you should be more than good to go.
