staw buddy, you have failed me and I voted for you in the mod contest

 

i am going to try to get in touch w/ him. i called his cell phone twice but it just drops. it is very very veeeeeeeeeeeery unlike him to go offline for any extended period of time. i know he just moved back to school. i will notify him of this thread so he has a chance to share his side of things.

 

wait i just talked to him like 20 mins ago on NT i had some questions and bought some eyelines off of him i have three messages from him.

so how has he been offline?

 

I've never said he has been offline.
I can not be online for 24hours on NT.com to monitor him if he's online.
It's just that he could be online but not responding to any of our PMs after numerous warning.
If he was online 20mins ago now we are 100% sure he is just trying to running away from the situation.

kdmguy, could you post up pix of the problems if at all possible? i am trying to coordinate both sides of what is going on right now.

 

If some thing was wrong.... that would be a poor way of doing buisness. If some thing happened to the seller, someone else should take charge and handle it.

There is nothing wrong or we have nothing against him except for the low quality and unfittable products that we can not even sell and paid over $1400 and lack of communications after all.

I have already sent STAW512 complaints where CF gauges do not fit, and he knew about the fact that those gauges do not fit perfectly.. that is why I was told to wait till he finds about any kind of solutions and we did wait till today. Note the payment was sent mid July.

Again, if he does not reply back to this thread or contact me any kind of way soon we will be listing all the PMs from the beginning. It isn't really neccessary here to discuss about the product without Staw512.

 

It is quite a bit shady, and I can attest, with how upset members here get upset when something shows up damaged or wrong from any of the PAYING sponsors, we have the right to be mad. If the guy has been online, and is avoiding communication, then yes, it's shady, he's avoiding us, and should be removed. We do that on my forums.

Jay, have you used TRACKING on your PM's to see if they are even being looked at?

 

well, i know the PMs have been looked at. Jay, go ahead and post up the PM trail for all to read. I have heard from staw and for the sake of both sides getting fully out there i request two things......

1. pictures

Main point for this thread was getting his attention if he wasn't aware of the whole situation.
Since you talked to Staw and you got what he had to say then why hasn't he posted or replied back to the thread? is he just running away from the situation?
I do not see anything necessary to post pictures or PMs here in public because noone can fix the problems but Staw. have him come here or contact us .
As a matter of fact, there is absolutely no point for posting pictures because
Staw knew about the fitment issue and I was told to wait for the first batch on September 01 and this was the second last PM that I got from him..

sorry about the late response, this weekend was the moving, and we didnt have an internet connection until today. I am going to set up an appt. to look at the cutting press, and get some stamped out in a variety of materials and do some intensive testing.

The staff have been trying to communicate w/ staw. What I have so far is a picture of his work that is fitted in place. I do want staw to post here, but, for whatever reason he has not yet, I am trying to get this figured out for both parties. As far as the matter between you two, you called him out in public so I would expect to see the full story from both parties including pictures. I think that is a reasonable request.


The staff is grilling staw to post up here so we are working in whatever way we can to resolve this issue. The problem is, since this was a transaction conducted outside of NT, NT's involvement is at a minimum. Staw does happen to be a mod, but he also happens to be a mini-sponsor and sold product to you as a mini-sponsor. Being a business person, I am sure you can relate to NT staying out of this one. I personally am working on my own behalf to try and keep everyone happy. I can only go so far if neither parties are willing to post pix or post at all.

 

It just seems like every time someone orders something from you and it ends up being broken, scratched, or w/e it may be, you blame it on shipping... and what i have heard from him they fit with VERY little maneuvering and modification, so maybe they were scratched while being shipped. And again, pictures would help EVERYONE understand the problems you are having with his product.

So did you even contact us? if you did we should have got back to you but did Staw?
Every time you ordered from us?
So give us and pull up all the transactions what you've bought from us and damages in detail.
If any of our customers claims about damages we exchange for new products or give store credits for next purchase.. and That's our policy.
Oh everytime? 99% of our customers are happy and they get what they pay for undamged period. You can look up our feedbacks on Ebays and NT.com

Again just because you know Staw there is no point for you to getting involved and making yourself look like a fool here.

 

I still do not understand why I have to post pictures..
1. I am calling out Staw in public because he has answered my last 2 PMs on sept 1st and 13st and haven't heard from him since .. Also after warnings he failed to respond to us so we are posting this in public to let members know.
2. I was told to wait so I've been waiting for Staw to get back to us with some kind of solutions and he did mention about new machine shops and etc by last pms posted above.
3. He knew about the fact about fitment issues that's why he was seeking for new shop to cut new batches for us

So what is the point for posting pictures for unrelated people here? we ain't going to sell them nor Staw.. I did not post this message for people including mods or admins to judge this problem but letting you know how shady Staw runs his small business.
If NT mods can do nothing about it that's fine.. I am just trying to let everyone know about his shady business. Again getting money back from him I can handle it myself with my few buddies.

Seller knows the problem but hasn't concated buyer for a long period of time and just ignoring communications and running away from the situations not to mention taking $

We understand the original intent of the thread, but I just don't see why its an unreasonable request to post up a pic of the pieces that "don't fit". If they truly don't fit, then the pictures will prove it. that's what everyone is getting at.

 

Please do some readings what I had to say above before you make any comments.

i have told you everything in pm's. you claimed they did not fit and i told you i would look into it. i didnt have excess carbon at the time and couldnt get more in carbon for a lil bit. before i had another one fully made for supposed fitment problems, i had one more made, which i did get to fit, as i did the first time i fitted

Well I will be posting the pictures of gauges and will point out the quality issues and where they do not fit since you came up nowhere after calling you out for a long time.

Is that how you run your business?
Ignoring and running away from the situations when someone is complainning and looking for a solution?
If you have answered my PMs this thread has never been posted and all of my complaints shouldn't even have known in public.
What I am complaining about is we being ignored by a seller who we have paid over $1400..

I don't care what you have to say and it's already too late for you.
We will do my way to solve this problem and hope you are ready for it.

I am not trying to clutter either but: I think it would be good to see the fitment issues. That way, we as the buyer know what the problem is. I am not going to take sides either I think things need to be done on both sides. However, seeing the problems with the product show us what is wrong so we don't have to deal with the same thing.

 

kdmguy, why do you have such a big issue with posting pictures of the problem, maybe because of you having such a difficult time posting pictures, the mods/admins have a difficult time of actually accusing staw of anything. they have received pictures from staw of it fitting but no pictures from you (at least not that i am aware of) of it not fitting. so as far as the admins see it, staw has done nothing wrong, until you provide evidence showing other wise, just stating something is broken does not prove to everyone else that it actually is.

 

I have no big issue with posting pictures as a matter of fact I am picture-posting whore if you know about me.

Also NT.com mods/Admins can give feedbacks but will not be able to do nothing since this transaction has nothing to do with NT.com
I do not want Mods or admins get involved and they can't or should NOT tell me what to do either.
I am just letting everyone know about bad experience with this seller/admin on NT.com under Feedback forum also calling our a seller who likes to hide and run away from the products he sells.

Try them out and give us and show feedbacks in public
That's how confi we are about his poor quality unfittable products, and none of you will be able to have them fit

I don't see those statements anywhere in your PM trail.

What I see is him saying he would test the fitment again on a new batch and you asking if you should send the original batch back. There were no promises made, and no retracting previous statements.

Where are the pictures of the item in place if the fitment and design is so horrible?


Mind you, I'm only posting as you've called out one of our Moderators and asked that his position on Staff be reconsidered. If you want to be taken seriously, provide proof of your statements. Visual proof. Otherwise this thread is going nowhere.
