ok yea im only 16 lol so will this be legal to do this if i do get the high flow cat will it be crazy load like agrivate me when im driving to the point when i cant hear and is there any cheaper bolt on high flow cat than like sfr's

Yes, with headers and a cat back, it is going to be loud and raspy without a cat, or an extra resonator. I had DC sports cat back, which is nearly as quiet as stock, and with the headers, it can be aggravatingly loud and raspy, especially at large throttle openings.
About the legality, that depends on whether your state has emissions laws :3_winkthu, some people with an aftermarket cat have passed not-so-strict states.

for a high flow cat go to ebay. and getting a high flow cat will make it less loud but if you are still unhappy with it add reasonator. I knw with my ark headers and exhaust all i need was a high flow cat and it was find.

maybe you should buy a cat-back first and see if you like the sound of that then buy an intake and then headers and a high flow cat, search on youtube for exhaust clips and find the one you like

TibbyT y do you hate the borla exhaust, i have it on my car with an intake, headers and a high flow cat (test pipe) watevever you call it and it sounds great.
because it is basically a stock exhaust with a good sound. the pipe size is the same as stock.
