Well, last night some friends and I were going to a party about an hour and a half away from us, so we all decided to meet somewhere and take 1 car. So, the three of us all met in the parking lot of a Holiday Inn and parked our cars right up front, in front of the building. The road was no more than 25 yards from the street, and we figure our cars would be safe. So, we leave the tib and my friend's Expedition in the parking lot and take my other friend's Tuareg to the party. The following morning, on the way back from the party, I get a call on my cell phone. It was my dad, saying he just recieved a message from the police department saying they found my car. I had no idea what he was referring to, so we wait until we get to the Holiday Inn. We see the Expedition, and in the space next to it where my car was, was some shattered glass. Somebody broke in and stole my car. They found the car sitting on the side of the road with no wheels, interior stripped (I believe), and the body work destroyed. The engine is fine I believe, and I will probably be selling it, in case anybody is interested in a NGM longblock. The car is pretty much gone, as it will take a lot of money to turn it back to stock (I was widebodied) and I am just tired of dealing with it. I am considering selling what I can, including the engine, and just buying a motorcycle, but things aren't clear yet, as I have not even seen the car. I will get pics and everything, but it looks like the Tib is pretty much gone.

Thanks for the kind words everybody, I appreciate it. It's really starting to sink in, how much it all sucks, that some guy has the nerve to smash into my car and steal it, pretty much ruining my Christmas, not to mention that i don't have a driveable car now.

EDIT: No leads, none at all.

it's a damn shame when you put time and money into a car, bike whatever and someone desides they just want to take it from you. i had a CBR 600 stolen in march of this year and it makes you feel helpless. i drove around for 4 weeks looking for my bike with the full intention of killing the person with it. why don't they go out get a job save the money and buy it themselfs. i hope you find them and show them what pain is
