Well it really depends on what kind of car you want. Performance first and then appearance or appearance first and then performance. If it were me, I'd spend the money on the turbo kit.

Also, did you factor in the cost of getting the kit installed if you don't feel like doing it and also paint? Might be cheaper to get the turbo.

Nothing like the sound of a Turbo. The Tib looks nice as is, go with the Turbo than rip off all badges and dont do any exterior mods and drive it up Sleeper style.

well after a few minor appearance mods i've lived by the "speed before beauty" mantra of car enthusiasts

lets look at some possible outcomes: you spend the money get the sweet body kit (rhondas one of my favorites). girls and guys are like wow that car looks fast. "hey dude what do you run at the strip? " "um...16.9" "oh....well...um....it looks fast"

on the other hand if it looks semi stock and people say "oh, its a tiburon, i bet its slow" "you go..yeah..its pretty slow" and leave em. psht . . . psht . . . psht. (on the track of course).

but seriously though. its your car, i'm sure both things will make it stand out. personaly i think a BOV makes a car stand out more than a body kit.

for me the decision would be easy. TURBO

Neither, give the money to me because I know what I would be doing with it toward modding my car.
