Thanks for catching that date mis-type.

The damper is designed to assist in the movement of the motor under torque. There is a bracket on the motor and on the chassis, usually the strut tower. In between the 2 brackets goes our damper loaded with busings. Helps to cut down on wheel hop as well. Also helps transfer power and torque to the ground, and not loose it due to motor movement.

I don't see why it wouldn't fit Alpine/NGM supercharged cars. It's not in the way of the belt.

I'm planning on getting an assassin. i hear a lot of stories about how it rocks back and hits the firewall. i currently have one front poly insert. would getting this sufficient or should i change front to billet?

and how much will shipping be for the torque dampener?

Will this mount properly with a front strut bar as well? Don't really want to loose the bar but I'm htinking about getting one anyway if it doesn't fit.

 

I have a Roadrace Supercharger bar on mine and its fits the 2 bolts that the bar does not use.
