i installed my ngm headers with a test pipe im auto should i run cat or keep the test pipe and run no cat? whats the best performance rout to go? i know our cars need back pressure but if im not mistaken autos need more? any help will not go unheard

Backpressure aids in low end power numbers. Less backpressure will result in more top end gains. What do you want from the car? Most people end up with a high flow cat in there due to sound purposes.
