Ok guys im curious about something. what would happen if you took a stock upper intake manifold and shortened the runners. what i mean by that is if you cut the intake in the center portion of the runners, and take out about an inch or 2 and then weld it back together being careful to line it up near perfectly. in the process you would obviously probly port and polish the remaining parts of the runners. does this make sense? i was thinking about this last night and i dont think ive seen anyone here ever mention this. maybe its just completly dumb but i would think that if you had an extra set of intakes and a little time it may be possible. please dont flame me if this is insane. im just curious
