Sorry, for the very very poor grammar in the first post. I was in a rush before work. My main question was. Which fuses are connected to the tiburons low beam headlights? thanks in advance

Fuse 21 control the head lamp relay. So it may be labelled with something like that. Or here is a pic

Starting at top right in the pic. Count 4 down 3 across. It's the 10 amp red fuse.

So did you check the fuse in the relay box and it was fine? Fuse 21 protects a few other things (like the A/C relay as well). So I would expect you would see other problems if this fuse were out.

Also did you check the low beam relay itself? Try swapping with the high beam relay to test.

the top of the fuse box gives a you a diagram of what everything is and where it is located.

It is possible you need a new ballast resistor for your HID's. Easiest way, is to get a continuity tester and trace the voltage. Continuity tester looks like an ice pick with a wire with an alligator clip to clip to any part of the car for ground and then probe the electrical wiring with the ice pick looking probe and trace it out. If you have power, the LED bulb inside the handle of the continuity tester will light up indicating you have power. If you have an open circuit then the light will not light up. That would be the easiest way to find out where the problem is. If it is beyond your capability then take it to someone who can tell you where the problem is. Continuity testers don't cost much and are such a handy piece tool to have.
How long have you had the HID's? Was it a new install? A little info would help diagnose it better.

so i'm dumb i admit it i was confusing the under hood fuse for the resistor, so i checked that fuse it was blow i got one hid hooked up it was working went to hook the other one up and it blew again so i must have hooked the plug oin backwards and i'm out of fuses so i will switch it tomorrow and see if it blows again
