So I was wondering if a Eaton M62 Roots off a cobalt ss would fit on a 2006 tiburon gt? If anybody knows that would be amazing or have any other cheaper suggestions

No. Different bolt pattern. Different snout length. Different quality/efficiency. Different generation of roots blowers. The MP62 and MP90 blowers are very hard to find with the correct snout length for either the NGM or Alpine intake manifolds.
