Has anyone else had this problem? I don't even hear the wiper motor so I think it may be a fuse, but I can't find the fuse for the wiper fluid motor. Can anyone help?

Thanks!

mine dont work when its uber cold outside
but thats common sense.
I had this issue right from the start with mine. was super annoying. at least i had warrenty then and had to take it to the retards at precision hyndai about 5 times to get it fixed.

I think there was some debris on my lines but it ended up they changed the pump for me and I haven't had any issues since.
Mine is doing the same thing, but I think the pump is just shot. I need to find the thing, and I am sure that if I trace the lines I could find it, so without totally sounding like a newb, where is the pump located to save me a little bit of time?
hey my fluid doesnt work anymore either lol

Lines aren't pinched, the wipers come on when I try to mist the windshield, there's plenty of fluid. I don't even hear the electric motor come on when I try to mist. I was wondering if there is a fuse for it because I can't find it. I don't want to have to replace that damn little motor.

Only reason this is really bothering me is because it snowed it's butt off here really bad and now that salty water from the road dries to my windshield and I can't get it off. I also used the wiper fluid to get tailgaters off my *** when I'm driving, but that doesn't concern me as much, haha

I had the same issue and it was my pump. I bought an OEM one from the dealer. List was like $70 but I got it for like $55. Lol, I replaced it by going up through the pass. fender well but it probably is easier to remove the headlight now that I think about it. You have to pull really hard to get it to detach from the washer fluid reservoir. Washer fluid will spill out too unless you're empty, so just a forewarning there.

I cracked open the old pump just for fun and it was filled with rust water and sludge. It was toast.

Cool, thanks for the heads up. Its kind of funny since my pump hasnt worked in over two years, but everytime I get my oil changed or car serviced, they always tell me they put fluid in the reservior. I tell them that its impossible since its always full and the pump doesnt work. LOL.
I am going to look today for a new pump and just swap it out, but I have to drain that reservior first.

this is an ongoing problem w/ tibs.. its the pump on mine. i have a friend who ownes a shop so when i dont feel like doing things myself i have him look it over. he verified that i need a new pump, and its common w/ tibs.

carry a bottle of water in your car all the time.. i cant afford the part yet so for the last month when the cars in front of me get salt on my winshield i pour the water on it and turn the wipers on and its fine. even when im on the highway. its definately a huge pain to not have a working fluid pump

Been dealing with mine not working for months. Just took the pump out of the resevoir, took the pump into the kitchen and rinsed it out. Took the screen out and cleaned it put it back. Took a jewelers screw driver and gently pushed it into the two white tees (you can feel a spring loaded valve on each side) rinsed and reinstalled and it is working like a champ now. Cheapest fix ever!
