It is no different then putting Tuscani badges on your car. It is just a different spoiler. nothing rice about that.

well I wasnt at first, but I just cant get to liking the regular spoiler, and I HATE wingless. However, I have always like the look the STI spoiler gives the car.

Plus, the STI badge will come off. I am not a ricer. I plan on doing engine mods eventually. However, I really dont want to mess with the engine while I still have a warranty. I dont just have 5 grand lying around to replace the engine if I were to blow it up.

that was my line of thinking as well. Now if I left the STI badge on it, and tried to tell people it was an STI, then yes I would be a ricer. But changing the spoiler out for a different look doesnt qualify as rice to me.

Plus the new wheels and tires , and the drop I give it this spring will make it look really nice.

i have to disagree. Tuscani badges don't represent more power. All the GT Tiburons have a certain amount of HP, whether it is a real tuscani or not. The STI styling however denotes a different beast all together. To me this is the same as putting the GT stuff on an I4 tib. but to each their own.

I honestly dont care what other people think about me or my car. Never have. I do to my car what I think will make it look good. I just thought some of you would be interested to see what it turns out like. maybe i should just stick to the scooby boards. lol

nah, it's nice having people around with different cars. but i have to razz you about things, because you did dump the poor tibby, which i myself will be doing soon. LOL, and yes the STI spoiler is 10x better than the other options.

well i don't want to hijack your thread but i'm going back to RWD V-8 cars. not sure what yet. That's where all my tuning experience is and i just can't get used to FWD at all.

well for one the GT's came with either high or low spoilers. and to the best of my knowledge, the only "Tib" you could get without any spoiler were the actual Tuscani's. and if you and Solo could learn to read you would see that i was just messin with him because he got rid of the tib.

I can read just fine. I only read up to the post I replied to. You need to learn about reading comprehension though.

When Solo said "your" he meant it as being a hypothetical situation where as someone had a tib with said qualities and put a spoiler on it. It is perfectly acceptable and common to replace "someone" with "you" and"their" with "your".

As in " So if "someone" put a high spoiler on "their" '03 automatic or 4cyl."

There is no difference between Tuscani in Korea and Tiburon in USA. So putting a Tuscani badge does not make u a ricer.
