Hey guys i need sum help....i wanna put 20" rims on my tiburon, but idk wat size to get or the tire size either....i wanna em chrome but i wanna light...ive heard of them before, but i dont know where the r now...plz help

Okay, I'd say it's time for everyone to settle down a bit......if the kid wants to put 20's on his Tib then that's his choice, as horrendous as it will probably look to the rest of us.

I think photoshop would be in order. A chop of your preference in rims in 20's and how it would look on your DD tib; so everyone can literally see as opposed to seeing the earlier posted video play and replay in one's mind over and over again.
I've seen 350Z with 20" rims staggered for an aggressive look though they were not 'commuter types of cars'.
With the right selection I think you could pull it off; best of luck once again as I know its not easy to venture where a limited few have at best.

No need to get so upset over it to start name calling. If much deserved negative rep on an internet site is so important to you (evidentially it is) then you can have the mods delete it since it is causing you mental distress. Heck I would even suggest you go to one of the forums on the net that are out there to council people with mental issues like yours.
Back on topic, he may SERIOUSLY want to think about getting wider wheels than 7.5". They will not only look like he is driving on push lawnmower tires but it may not be very safe to run really thin (low profile) tires that are narrow to boot.

"real" sports cars like the Vette tend to be rear wheel drive. Huge wheels and tires on the back look nice and also give better traction(285s will stick to the ground like glue). Have you seen a tib on 19s? It looks absolutely out of place unless the car has a bodykit of some sort. Even then, you make your stock brake calipers and rotors look even smaller then they already are.

well yeah but everyone wants to argue that a tiburon is a sports car yeah....but and the ZR1's r chrome and 20's....and alot of imports, have 20's and see everyone has there own opinion about things....i think i look nice so i guess thats all that matters
A lot of imports have 20s? The only ones that could pull that off would be a Z and a Supra.

Id also like to make the Tib AWD and TT. I would like to do it and I dont care wut the cost cuz I think it would be mad tite.
Yeah, 20's will also increase the rotational mass by a large percentage. Bye bye tiny brake pads.
