anybody else read Dan's latest email? He says that if you get a refund through paypal the GB price will not be honored. does that mean for that individual or does it mean if 1, or enough of the GB members gets a refund no one gets the GB price?

I have not received any email from him.. My paypal dispute ends on the 25th or 26th of may I believe.

I would prefer to get the parts, but if i do not get any solid evidence that the parts will arrive, i will keep my dispute open and get my refund.

I trust Corey when he says that Dave from Ksport is trying to help us, but where will the parts go? Where will they get staged out? How do we expect them to arrive? And WHEN?

Empty promises and empty trust requests are not worth my time.

Guys im really sorry about this I broguht this company to this site to HELP you guys and unfortuneatly its bitten me in the *** at this point.. i also am VERY upset with Dan.. I know Dave has your products and as far as i know they ARE paid for (as in Dan didnt take the money ad did file the order) so..we need to figure out how we are gonna get around Dan not being here for you guys to get your stuff.. as I said if i had the money i would accept the pallet of stuff here and ship all your parts to you myself.. but right now Im low on the cashflow..

It would be nice for Ksport to allow us to pay a premium to have then ship right to us. Hell at this point I will pay an extra $40 to get them shipped to me!!!!

When I talked to Dave at KSport on Monday he told me he expected the three remaining brake kits in the next day. When I got an email from him yesterday he told me they were still in customs and should be arriving at KSport within two to three days. That would put them at KSport (in Arizona) before the end of this week. He told me there was a shortage of raw materials where they were being made, this slowed production quite drastically. Because of this shortage, KSport just raised all their prices within the last two weeks. This shortage is also what has caused the delivery of these products to be so late and out of our control (this shortage in raw materials has caused the prices of many other companies to rise within the past few weeks as well).

Again, I am very sorry for this delay, but there is nothing that can be done on our end. A few of the complaints that were put through on PayPal give us until May 24 or 25 to supply tracking or issue a full refund. At this point, it doesn't look like we are going to be able to provide tracking to PayPal by that date (because KSport will just be receiving them/shipping them to us on these days). What this means: you guys will be rewarded your money back by PayPal. If this does happen, I will need re-payment from the people whose money has been returned. So, if you are one of those people and could cancel the PayPal dispute before it gets to that point, we would appreciate it. If not, your item will need to be paid for somehow, these items were special order and NEED TO BE PAID FOR, the order CANNOT be cancelled. If you do decide to receive a refund from PayPal, the group buy price will no longer be honored. We are sorry for this, but the prices offered through this were specifically offered because of the group buy advantages.

Please email me back with any questions or concerns. Again, I am sorry for the delay, but we are doing the best we can. At this point, everyone who has filed the PayPal complaints has halted our business and caused many other customers to not receive their products as of yet. Also, the money many of you have put on hold through our account is the money that was being used to ship your orders, so with the complaints in place, your products cannot be shipped. The people who have not placed complaints, your orders will be shipped as soon as they arrive.

We're sorry we haven't been able to keep in contact as well as we would have liked about this problem, but a mix of us moving business location and KSport's slower delivery has kept us in limbo. We will be moving our headquarters to the Birmingham area of Alabama in June and plan to be back in full-swing by this time. Thank you, and again I'm really sorry for the delay, but unfortunately there was nothing that I could have done about this.

yeah, seriously. Ive paid, I closed my paypal dispute some time ago. I would rather pay a bit more and get them in my hands ASAP than to call my CC issuer and issue a chargeback which will (undoubtedly) cause even more financial hardships.

not me i've forked over enough cash, as long as i know they are comming i can wait. On the other hand 40 more might not be so bad to make sure i get the thing at all , or at least before christmass.

That reminds me, didn't Dan say something about paying 75 bucks to get your order shipped faster? at the time I thought that meant that if you paid 75 bucks you'd get it like, tomorrow. I wonder what he really had planned there or if he was just talking out of his a$$.
 
i doubt it. They dont have any of our info. I2tuning placed the order for a certain quantity. It would probably do nothing. I would think that they would have to call cuz they have the account there. The # was given to us basically for us to verify with them that they are being delayed for a reason, and that I2 wasnt making it up

he mentioned that for an additional $45, we can have them drop shipped to us

As for the extra $45 or $75...I had asked about that a month ago through email to Dan and he told me it was not longer possible as "the products were committed to the pallet."

I also do not think Ksport will allow us to have them ship directly to us without confirmation from Dan. I mean think about it. Ksport has not proof that the products would even belong to us, and I would be worried if they really would just change the shipping address without Dan's approval. I also don't believe Dan would take care of that for us in a timely fashion.
 
i tried that monday. i gave dave my screen name and real name. offered to pay "him" for shipping and he can check i2tuning about me. he said he will look into it and get back to me tomorrow,meaning tuesday. so i will try again tomorrow.

dude thats not fair at all. you left us hanging for a while you come back this late with no updates. ofcourse everyone will be requesting money back, and if you get them in you should sell them to the ppl who did the gb for the price we paid initially for them.we waited for you. and if we cancel our disputes on paypal then we cant file another one if our stuff never comes in or comes damaged so that would be retarded of us to do that get the parts in asap and take pics the very least.work with us through paypal or somthing dont just do what ou just said cause thatll get you horrible rep.

I want my BBK, but still. Without any notification on when he will be getting the parts, where they'll be going, and how we are to even receive them once he does get them in, i'm not going to cancel my paypal dispute.

I do not get any warm and fuzzy feelings from that email (which I didnt receive btw), and that's what I want. I'm happy that Dave @ Ksport is communicating with us, but without Dan having a place for those parts to go and get out to us, what's the point?

My paypal dispute will stand til i get warm and fuzzy feelings inside.
