Hey guys wassup. Its been freaking cold outside!!!! and i was wondering if this is normal?? My car has been sitting outside overnight and when i start it this morning(-10degrees) the car started loud for a second and then i notice my exhaust smell like oil. But after it warms up and the idle drops to normal the smell is gone. back to the normal white smoke in the winter. Any thoughts ? Thanks !

hmmm, if it's runing and sounding normal, it should be fine...my winter beater is having problems cause it's so cold. Oil smell might be from air pockets freezing or sumthin...seems like it should be ok....keep an eye on oil level though.

What's up Rusher? It has been a while. It's not my tib. Mine's crushed.
Kelly is a father now. He had a baby boy named Logan and he's now living with the mother in an apartment. I have yet to go visit because my wife is pregnant also and I have to do everything myself now. But I'm going to try and get over there soon.

I'm still around but my tib is in the garage for the winter. I just got an 03 accent for a winter car. I havent seen many tibs lately. Hopefully I can wrench on it this spring.

yeah my tib is garaged til i get home overseas, but you better believe i'll be sportin' it when i get back. i can't wait. wow i didn't know kelly had a baby! i'm guessing he still has his tib? or no?

The name's Richard. I bought a carbon grey 2007 Tiburon SE back in July(one of 3 carbon grey SE's in the state! woot). I've done a few light mods to the car so far, not too big on modding a Tib in the first place. I've got the K&N CAI, stereo, tint, and HID's.
I've been watching some 07 Tiburon videos on youtube, and have seen a bunch of different exhaust setups(in my opinion they all sound rice). Then I came accross this setup... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iTI8WrH5If4 . So far it's the nicest sounding exhaust I've heard on a Tibby. Do you guys know how the stock exhaust is setup? I'm a Subaru guy and everything was welded into 2 sections. Is the stock muffler welded to the midpipe? How are the cat's setup? I'm basically looking for the easiest way to get this setup for my car asap. If I need to take it to an exhaust shop, any suggestions for a good priced one?
If you wanna know more about the cars I've previously owned, gimme a hollar. One was a 378hp 02' 18G Wrx.

There should be a flange where the manifold(s) connect to the first pipe with the cat. Then there is a midpipe with a resonator then it bends up and over the rear "axle". Then another flange then out to the mufflers

gettin warm soon. Any peeps still around? Curious if anyone knows a bit about Coilovers. Just bought the ARK's and installed them. Directions dont make much sense on how to raise it up. This thing is a low riding beast right now, too low.
I have the KSport ones.......should be pretty basic set up or im sure ARK themselves can help you.
