I purchased a triple pod gauge pillar from Xclusive, along with 3 AEM gauges: oil pressure, tru-boost, and UEGO. This was to include everything I needed.
The thread for this sale was here: http://newtiburon.com/forums/showthread.php?t=151972 although he obviously removed the items after he sold them to me. I'm sure a moderator can pull up exactly what was posted there.
Anyways, I received the shipment, and the oil pressure sending unit was missing (which is a $150 part), along with some hardware to securely mount the gauges to the back of the pillar. I don't really care about the hardware, I do however care about the oil pressure sending unit. I paid $420 shipped for everything, and expect EVERYTHING to be there.
Xclusive has refused to communicate with me regarding this sale, I've sent him several PMs this last week, and while he's been on the forums and posting, he hasn't been replying to any of my messages.
Additionally, I filed a PayPal dispute and asked for a partial refund of $150 or the missing part early this week, to which he didn't reply either. Today I've escalated that dispute to a claim, since he refuses to communicate with me. I'm perfectly happy to cancel the claim if he sends me the part, no harm no foul. I'm sure he just forgot to remove it from his motor and put the factory sending unit back in while he was ripping everything apart. The really annoying part is that he refuses to speak with me about it.
Hopefully this will spark him to actually fix this deal.
