really? dang he needs to get on this site, it wud be nice to get a tib out there on monty powning some sti's , i would s/c mine but i want it prestine for a daily, what color is it, ive seen some modded tibs around town, i may have run into him b4, u shud tell him about the tib crew we finally got organized, those 944 are nice, what color is it? and yeah its good to have a light car that makes 300hp easily, my 94 Talon tsi is all wheel drive turbo, got basic bolt ons and a nice fuel map, on 15 psi it makes an easy 300hp with no lag, spools up to full boost by 3.5k rpm, weighs about 2700lbs tho, but when i ran it back in highschool on sat nights, it ate sti's for lunch, evos on the other hand were a good match, rarely did i walk one, it was my first car and i still love it, the only reason ive held onto it is for winter use, the tib is my daily since the talon since 07 has had a lot of problems and frankly i didnt wanna blow 3-5k to get it purring like new, as long as it ran for a good 2 hours for winter driving, all i need, it certainly doesnt make it a worthy daily at all. so i took my money and bought the tib for a daily glad you decided to keep that classic porsche look, lately ive been thinking of just rebuilding the motor, do a 2.3 strocker and a GT44 turbo make it a nice drag car, but bot sure what ill do with it just yet, u ever hit it up monty? .

i love the old dsm's. my first car was a 3000gt VR4. First car after i grew up, haha, not my first car ever. it was fun. I loved the sound of the twin turbos. I'm down in las cruces now, and I'm a bit older, so I don't usually do any import car cruising. I'd be the awkward old guy and I'm not real interested in that. Thats why i went for the 944. its a bit more mature, but a ton of fun to drive. mine is repainted cherry red. the sc tib was midnight blue. I sold in in 2008. It had I/E/SC and an intercooler. Sounds just like a 350Z with a mean supercharger whine. No real exterior mods, except for tuscani badges. he may have changed that by now.

I read up on that club abit today. Pretty decent and good view on keeping it clean and stylin to win trophies versus looking for a race to get a ticket possibly. The rides I saw were looking on point. I definately need to start getting in the show car brackets.

I don't suppose someone could lend me a hand to install my HID's? It'll take about 20 minutes, and it's ridiculously easy. I just don't have the tools, nor the drill. And besides, i'm feeling a cruise (not a meet) with some of the active members again.

I had my first genesis encounter!*

So as some of you may have heard the v6 tibs are known to pull on the 4cyl turbo genesis. Well I got to find out for myself this afternoon :). Ok so on my way to the dentist i was chillin at this stop light *, I looked in my rear view mirror and saw this genesis 2 car behind me. *So the light turns green I'm just driving at a normal pace and speed and I look in my mirror and see the genesis trying to get in the lane next to me but there is cars there. *So I can see him struggling to get into the lane and I'm thinking wow that guy doesn't know how to drive haha. *Anyway so the car next to me ends up turning right into a gas station and so all the cars get slowed down and an opening came up for him to get into the lane next to me. So I look in my mirror and bam he got in that lane so fast it was like his life was dependent on it. He speeds up like a bat out of hell and get next to me nudging his car like he wants to race. Well before it could go down we caught the next red light and we end up being at the front. Go figure. *So this guy is all eager to race. At the stop light he starts revving his engine like he was on NASCAR and his BLow off valve was struggling to keep up with his saddened abuse he was giving to the engine. *So I'm like ok i remember hearing that our tibs can pull those so I'm like eh why not give it a shot. I look over at this guy who was staring me down like he wanted to rape me and boozer he was in his late if not mid 30's im like wow be mature dude grow up. So *anyway the light turns green and none of us take off once we both got to 25mph rolling and *his engine sounded like he was near red line getting his turbo to full boost. And he took off then I took off and bam I pulled him so fast I was actually laughing like wow no way did that just happen? Then bam hit 3rd gear and then 4th and by the time I hit 85 my rear bumper was a good 4 ft in front of him so I easily beat his genesis. Then we catch the next red light. *And when he gets next to me he rolls up his window and no more NASCAR engine reving was ever hear from him again . The light turned green I slowly take my time to drive as did he then he quickly gets infront of me and hits his brakes. But good thing my dentist office was to my left and I was already getting in the turning area in the median to turn left at the this median opening on the road. * What a soar loser. *

Lol. This was like the 5th time I did 80 with my hood. I read 100mph is when the hood will fly off. But I won't drive long periods of time over 60. But Ill get her up 80 for a couple of seconds the. Let off fast just to be safe.

Ugh I can't wait to install my HID's. Then I'm done modding for quite a while lol. Quit my Job...

Hey whats up Guys! long time no talk! sorry i havent been on in a very long time! my commitment ha lacked lately! i moved into a new place up here in vegas and have not had access to Internet nor a computer! im going to try and buy a internet card so i can have access to internet but its pricey! but not much is new! just working at the jail up here as an officer, working graveyard shift so it sucks! but hit me up guys see you later!

Why cant people get their own ideas?! I have people already asking me what color I have on my car and stuff because theyre thinking of going the same way. If it happens I might have to sell my car =( I know the color isnt mine or anything, hell people can do whatever they want, but I just wanted to be "unique". Hopefully It doesnt happen. As far as I know i have the only one with that shade of green, THE REST WILL JUST BE RIP-OFFS...so please people, cant you be original??? Oh and no, it isnt people from here in ABQ or NM asking me these things. Theyre people from other states, but still, come on people!!!

If just one person decides to want to be a rip-off ill put my ride up for sale so ill let you guys know, im just trying to do whats right by saying these things even though I know I sound like an a-hole. I know some of you guys would be mad if this happened to you. =(
