So what gives with these cars ! I tried racing one the other night breifly. I knew the guy that owned it and he has an 06 SS super charged and he has a gm stage 2 kit. He also has an injen cai and a gm performance exhaust. The guys car pulled on me straight from the bottom of first to the end of forth. He put a few bus lengths on me. :3_confuse I figured i'd at least keep up abit. Those thing's can move ! Anyone else race a stage 2 cobalt ?

And how fast is your cobalt comparing our timeslips? how bout you set up a meet and race some of our boosted tibs? Im sure you wouldnt be talking crap then. Sure you can take a boosted cobalt and beat up on a n/a tib, or any other n/a car and call them slow, sure thats a fair comparison. But lets see how you compare to some of our 11 sec turbo tibs out there.

I have respect for alot of the cobalt guys, They know that they have only moderatly fast cars, and that they dont think that they have the car that beats all cars, and they are fun to hang around and talk about cars because they are not pure fan boys. This guy on the other hand is probably some punk kid(obviously by the way he talksabout his car and other cars is a fanboy) whos MOMMY and DADDY bought him a car and now he thinks hes on Vin Diesels level all fast and furious. News flash bud theres plenty of cars faster than you, and I gaurantee there are quite a few tibs faster than you. if you really wanted a fair race, put the stock tiny m62 supercharger the cobalt has on the tiburon, and then put full bolt ons.
comparing a car with 10k + mods and challenging cars with 1-2k in mods seems to be an obvious result in my mind...
here's a ss/sc with 3200$ (tax in) in the engine + tires and suspension mods obviously

just the camaro and the cobalt for 2010 then buh bye cobalt ss....but what am i to say i loved mine and all but i know own a tiburon which isnt all that bad compaired to the cobalt ss i was say base vs base the tiburon has it beat the ss kills the v6 but hyundai didnt make a real statement until the genesis came out...point im trying to make is this....we all can keep talking smack to eachother and try to prove eachother wrong/right but then were still back to square one.....i dont get my old people from css.net coming here to talk crap well expect for snakes709 he is a good smart guy who got rid of his if i remember for a 370z anyways i hope the mods stop this before it gets too out of control...flame me all you want i dont care both cars are cool and hey to each there own!!!
