why? first of all,i keep tunning the car from run to run,ok,so now if i put the slicks on you will see 132-134 mphs ok and now tell me why im wrong? did you know that the 11.4@128 was the first pass with a new set up that i know keep perfectioning from pass to pass but now on street tires? that is why i trap 1mph higher now, because i have more power but they dont let me run with slicks anymore.but you notice that when i hook up better the mph goes up...not down you idiot!!!

ok what is your ET when your mph is up? you cant just say that your trap speed goes up or down while spinning or not spinning tires....your ET is also affected. when you have a bad launch your trap speed is higher, assuming you dont mess up after the launch, and your ET is higher. if you get a decent launch your trap speed is lower with either a lower ET or one that is close to the same

like i said before...you cant just compare trap speeds. you have to look at trap speeds and ETs together. they were saying that if you run slicks and have the same ET your mph will be lower. now if you ET was lower also, then your trap speed would be close to what it was without slicks because your ET was lower.

Someone told me that tc sold the setup? Man he should have made a 1/4 run before selling it, might have been the fastest tib to date. V6 or i4. The beauty of the NGM car is that it has a built motor with a full port job, and it's cammed. It's probably making more power N/A at 3k rpm than Blanco's tib makes at 5k rpm. I'm just being honest. It has torque as well, something that blanco's missing. You'll see a faster 60' as well as a slightly better 1/4 than blanco's car, even though both cars have a similar maximum output, both cars are completely different.
Either ways, kudos to NGM for keeping at it. Goes to show what a puny 2.7L V6 can do if it's in the right hands.

what i see on the dyno video is this

ngm complete longblock $8000
icebox $1500
turbokit $5000
twin disc clutch$1500
probably hydra nemesis $2000
injectors and fuel pump $900
maybe phamton grip $350
fuel press regulator $200

i dont know what else does it have, total of this parts $19,450 for only 500hp i think is a waste of money even with 700hp with that amount of money probably make 2 cars of 750hp o little bit more thats my opinion.

damn Ive spent almost $10k just to make the jattus stage 2 work for my elantra....embarrassing. Would not have been so bad had it been installed the right way the first time. Lesson learned though. Wish I went custom. Could have had a built auto trans, engine, and custom turbo good for 400+ whp! Darn shame...
