This is kinda weirding me out. I turn off the car, and the fan kept blowing, open the door, key out, still going. I can turn it on and off with the key in my pocket. Also, there's a rhythmic clicking coming from the panel under the steering wheel when I turn the car off and open the door. Anyone know what's going on?

Are you talking about the fan that blows air on you while sitting in the car? (Just want to make sure your not talking about the A/C condenser fan). So you say you turn the car off, but the fan doesn't turn off. So I'm guessing for the time being you are just turning the control knob to 0 to turn the fan off, so it doesn't kill your battery.

The clicking you say you hear, you said you hear it when you turn the car off and open the door. So if you close the door does the ticking stop? Are you able to make a video so we can see and hear exactly what's happening?

I'm with Brampton on this....cuz it almost sounds like your describing the BCM clicking for the blower control for inside the cab :/
