lol

After I was released from the hospital I went to the state police barracks and filled out an accident report. Because there was no property damage and it was a single car accident, everything's cool. THanks for your concern tho ;P
Sounds like you got it together , glad your ok , hope it works out with the Tib .

If they total it, I'll give it to you for 75 shipped. It's usually 104.00 + s/h from Speed Freaks. I'll let you all know how I fare on Monday.

Sounds great. Done deal. Thanks for keeping me in mind if, in fact that's what they do.......I'll keep an eye on this thread, but please PM me as well if things go that way.

Much appreciated,

-Brad

Definitely a bummer..... glad you made it out ok....

When the airbags go, the cost is pretty high so I would think the Tibby has had it. Not cool....
That must've been a dark LONELY road that no one saw you out there..... glad it worked out ok.

Good Luck,
Ray :3_smile:

When I wrecked my car the frame was bent and they fixed the problem, just for the minor problem with my steering it sometimes feels slugish. other than that my car is fine. Sorry to hear about your accident, your okay and thats all that matters, cars can be replaced but you cant.

You said you might sell your T wheel caps ?

I know this will sounds bad but your headlight is ok. Seriously in all the crashes i've seen the headlights always make it.

sorry, but that headlight is focked... its bent down first of all... then pushed back in the frame... there is no possibility of that not having any damage.

We dont have deer up here too often. It is these huge moose that you have to look out for. These 2000 lb beasts ALWAYS total cars. There is a sign on the highway I commute on that lists the number of moose hit per winter. It was at 199 this morning! :3_lijstje

Sucks what happened, but at least this is helping me out because I was falsely charged with leaving the scene of an accident but that's another story. You are lucky you passed out in the car because what if bambi came back for revenge and you were out on the ground.

yeah that would have sucked if bambi humped you if you passed out outside. Did you have your seatbelt on? I don't see how you hit the winshield that hard if you were belted.

^^ good point, but as long as no one else, or property was involved, you are legally allowed to leave a scene.

If it werent for the airbags, I'd say you'd have had a good chance at getting her fixed...prob totaled now..
I'm not trying to start anything but just ask questions because this happened to me. He hit a guardrail and a curb. Who knows what else was damaged. He also hit a deer. So he hit property and an animal. Isn't that considered an accident? So isn't that considered leaving the scene of an accident? Because I drove over a curb and some grass ALONE and there was no damage to the curb or the grass and I got a ticket for leaving the scene of an accident and reckless driving.

Hahaha. Yeah bambi would've whooped my ass. I barely hit the deer, it was the guardrail and the embankment that whooped my ass. I just found out I have a fractured vertebrae in my back between my shoulders and a pinched disc. Bummer.
