Can a v6 exhaust be modified to fit an I4?

I am selling my Espelir exhaust and I have someone from Europe who is interested in buying it. He has an I4 and may be willing to cut the straight pipe to move the flange if necessary. I know that both exhausts look the same from the back and both cars have the same suspension specs so the only difference should be where the cat happens to be right? And if he's willing to cut the pipe and move the flange that takes care of that. Is there any other reason why this exhasut wouldn't fit an I4?

got tired of the exhaust? Are you picking up a borla instead?

Anyways, IIRC the only difference between the I4 and V6 exhaust is the flange is rotated. If this is true, allhe would need to do is take it to a shop and have them cut the flange off and reweld it so that it would fit his downpipe.

Aside from that there shouldn't be a problem. Why does he want a V6 exhaust for his I4 though? especially with shipping it there. Unless he is planning on boosting it's a little large for that engine
