if the car only bogs down when its still cold, it could be your cold idel bypass valve... short term fix would be install a block heater, and plug it in at night, and let the car fully warm up before you drive it.

my guess is - its the cold idol bypass valve. so when car is warming up your main throttle body valve isn't open enough for it to warm up quickly, and its a mechanical attachment that only you can open with 'gas pedal'. so thats why they have bypass so when the engine says hes cold, they by pass the throttle body. so if it not doing that i think your bypass valve is closed stuck. and throttle body cleaner in a can might not get into bypass and cleaning it enough unless you really stick it in there.. Ive had this problem on my girlfriends Honda, haven't had the problem on my tiburon yet, so I couldn't tell exactly!
