I installed it in the pipe right after the cat (right before the borla resonator). It is not as restrictive as the stock exhaust so I am still flowing more air, it just gave the headers/exhaust combo a better balance of backpressure in my opinion. The car feels much more responsive in daily driving and it is much more pleasurable to drive without the drone.lostdestiny14 said:Wow very nice write up. I saw your posts about this in the N/A forum also, anyways you put this in between the race pipe/cat and resonator? You didnt feel any top end loss either?
it may rattle a little. Just take some pliers and bend out the flanges a little and pound it in with a hammer and it will be fine.Ryloth said:If I have the KORE exhaust and the Y-Split is about a foot after the CAT does it have to be welded since the splite will keep it from moving?
