Please someone help....
I have an 03 tib gt. its leaking coolant but I cant tell from where. Its not upfront from the radiator or the hoses going to and from and its not coming from the water pump or thermostat. when I add fluid in the radiator I look under the car and its coming out somewhere between the enging and the firewall. is there a hose or something that contains coolant that runs back in that area of the engine?

Someone also mentioned it could be leaking from a freeze plug, is that possible and where is that located on the engine? What would it cost a lot to fix if that is where the leak is coming from?

No one can help you until you spot check every point of your cooling system. I've had many leaks in my time. The top of my OEM radiator at the crimps requiring a replacement, the bottom hose on the radiator, the top hose where it connects to the block above the shift linkage, and the radiator cap all leaked at one point.

If its betweem the emgime and the firewall and you are 100% sure it is not coming from the thermostat housing I'd say check the hoses that go to the throttle body and also the ones that go to the heater core (through the firewall and inside the cabin).

This is an educated guess based on the placesmyouve discarded. GLWT
