Yes the bumper is oem silver, came off an 08 tiburon, bumper has no damage, has the black diffuser is already packaged and ready to ship.

No I don't have the tail lights, I chose to not to do the conversion before I got the tail lights but you should be able to find them on eBay

Well as duffer said, if you can install headers you can install this kit, it's completely bolt on no modifications needed. Also search for duffers turbo garage group and you'll see all instalation instructions and everything.
