Hay All....We have been invited to participate in a "Dyno Day" with our friends, northwestkiatuners. It is scheduled to happen on the 13th of October. A total of 10 cars is needed to set the price at $35 for two pulls. It will be held at Fairlady Motors in Tacoma (University Place). Anyone interested let us know. We need to get back to our friends with confirmed participation tally.

Hey, it will be kool to see you all there. Dyno will start around 9am so show up early if you want. Looks like there will be around 20 cars or more.
BBQ is a potluck kinda thing so bring what you like and enough to share.
This is going to be a really good meet and it looks like the weather will be good for us too.

Since I am not going to dyno my car... but coming to hang out... I am going to try to have the vinyl for my new club decal cut today... and bring everything with me to apply it... and I plan on applying it while I am there (since it's not supposed to rain).

I just got done cutting it. I'll prep it at home tonight, apply it tomorrow at our event, and then peeps can take a look and decide how they might want their's and I can start gathering them. For the club logos like that (that promote the club)... I will do them labor free on my time... all that I will need payment for will be the vinyl material cost. Obviously a three tone one like I am doing will be a lot more expensive than a one tone as it takes about 3 times as much vinyl material before cutting.
Should look cool.

Myself - 2003 LC2 Accent 1.6l with I/H/E (120k miles)
81hp - 80lb/ft
Wilbur - 1997 J2 Elantra 1.8l with I/H/E and SAFC
111hp - 114lb/ft

From 27th, going toward University Place, turn left on 69th and go to the end of the road and through the fence toward the blue buildings. The shop is in the middle building.

Thank for all the southern hospitality guys & gals! Y'all are a warm community that I wish we had up here...thanks a lot sharkrocket, cclngthr, bmxer, redbaron, and all the others (sorry if I forgot your names) for making me feel so welcome and letting me have a shot on the DYNO! I must say, that was one of the kindest things I've ever witnessed...I guess my run was decent considering 2.5 hrs of straight driving doing 160km/h will mess with your numbers a bit! I'll post my dyno sheet soon.
