Well I finally got to test my 03 Tiburon SE in some snow today. It has the original Michellen All Season on it, with like 58 000 km on them. It wasn't too bad, but first gear is a little tricky.

I hope to get through this winter with these tires, and then get snows or good all seasons next year.

Any comments or suggestions are welcome.

Question to York Region area resident's, how many of you have snow tires for your tiburons????

Thanks,

JaysBlueTiburon

Awwww you guys drive your tibs during the winter!?!?!
I stored my baby.....stuck driving a lumina for now. LOL
Trust me, I wouldnt put her through it if I had a choice. Besides, driving with these michelin pilots is like ice-skating. Im sliding all over the damn place and theres only 2" of snow!

My snows are going on tonight. Speaking of which.... stock tuscani 17's for sale.... :3_offtopi

ya i wish i could store it but no extra money for a second car and more insurance

home ownership is a big drain on the bank account......

15" winters - 4 seasons used. still good tread on them. pirellis, highly recommend winters, or at least an all season, but dont attempt it with stock z-rated summer michelins that came on the car (the GT 17's). or any summer tire for that matter.

well a tib is 5x114.3

so what car are they coming off of and i can let you know if they will fit or not

Yeah, I'm putting mine away Monday. We just started to get snow here this week, and my tires are pretty slick. My Tiburon won't even budge in any amount of snow. I'm going to Maine this weekend in it, I'm hoping for decent weather. I might put my back tires up front, they might be in better shape. The car is lowered as well, so that is just another little obstacle I'm not going to bother with this winter.
