To be honest guys, you went straight to being pissy a long time ago, instead of wondering if maybe his life fell to sh!t. So, If it were me, I would be in NO HURRY to help those that bit my head off without even teh slightest bit of concern. Try asking nicely and apologizing in return, I am willing to bet you get quite the response. You think he makes a bunch of money on this? If you do, you are a fool.

i take it back, YOU are number one on my dumbass list. shortly after recieving everyone's clocks and money and whatever else, he went out and got himself a turbo, then he spent a long ass time tuning it. and from what i hear, he's still tuning it almost everyday. he logs on here, but only to go to the florida section of the site. imo, that's called theft, or imbessilment (sp?), or whatever the hell you want to call it. if my life were ****, i dont think i would be out getting a turbo kit and showing it off to my friends (because when he did that, he slammed into the curb fu(kin up his rim or some crap). 50 bucks says that if you suck my ****, i'm gonna blow my load in your mouth. i have my clock back, but he still ripped me off. and in case you didnt notice, i'm doing the work he's supposed to be doing for free. and guess what else moron, since i'm not making any profit off of this, i'm not a business either. so if i run off with peoples clocks' (for those who i'm helping, i'm not going to) does that make it ok?

I have been really patient with Labmixz. I had all but given up on getting my clock back until he posted this thread OVER A MONTH AGO. It sucks that he gives me hope and now leaves me hanging. Hes doing the same thing that he himself hates, and i quote:

He owes everyone his or her clocks. What he did is a crime, if it were me I would call the local police department and also log onto www.usps.com and file a mail fraud case (if you shipped it through the mail). If that did not work I honestly would fly or drive down there and get it (and a little more) as a last resort. I seem to remember nearly doing that for a part I ordered off of someone here that tried to screw me. I will not name any names but they know who they are and they gave me the run around for months and if I would not have kept on them and done a little research I would have been screwed too. Sometime when a person gets a little taste of their own medicine it makes them think twice before trying to screw someone again. As for everyone that is honest and was screwed in this transaction I feel for you. Try calling the police in his town, contacting the USPS and just keep on it and you will get results. Try driving down there if you live within 200 miles of his house. You could easily make that round trip drive in a day. Try to do it right first, go to the police department and have them go with you to his house. If the police will not assist you then go to a sporting goods store, get a bat and get your clock and a souvenir to remember the trip by. Just do not give up, keep on him, pm him, call him and aggravate the hell out of him and you will get it back eventually. I would not care if it was a $5 part, it is the principal of the matter. Do not give up guys, I hope everyone gets their clocks back and that this is resolved soon. I know everyone has better things to do than to worry about crap like this.

fyi the price of flying down there to get it would outweigh the cost of just buying anothe clock. like someone said in that other case with the hoods...you can't do that much with the PD...you don't have evidence. you shipped it to him willingly...and there's no way to prove he DIDN"T give it back to you or anyhting. he could have perosnally delievered it, you could have gone and gotten it, etc. unless you wanna look to spend a lot more money than you lost with the clock, then i wouldn't look to go those routes. we're just out a part. oh well. check your local junk yards or somehting. call lab or something and POLITELY ask what the deal is. i know yall wanna be harsh and i know that what he did was wrong...but if i've learned anything in my life, its that violence doesn't solve anything. you can be harsh, yes, but resorting to going down to the wrongdoers level is just as bad. i'll try to get in touch with lab this week.

Just bought an '04 Tiburon and happened on to this site. Couldn't believe it when I started reading about this Lab character. Sorry to hear that some of you have been taken by him. Even more sorry when I read posts by people defending him? Sort of reminds me of the range of intelligence of some of my middle schoolers. How many months have you guys been waiting for some sort of resolution? Lab stated in one of his earlier posts that he did not steal hundreds of dollars from people. I don't care if you steal 17 cents, it's still stealing! It doesn't matter who I'm dealing with, I'm the kind of person who will make every effort not to cheat someone, and to track down a person if i find something that belongs to them. Apparently "Lab" is not that sort of human being. I agree with MR. Photoman. I'm not the type of person to advocate violence, but I'm also not the type of person who would let others take advantage of me. I would spend $100 to retrieve $5 if someone had cheated me on purpose. I don't know much about these clocks you're speaking of, but I can tell you that had this happened to me, i would have been standing at this guys front door a month ago. Certainly someone has his address. There are people out there just waiting to take advantage of you, there are people just waiting to be taken advantage of, and I now realize there are those out there that condone it, by defending someones character when they do it? Good luck to "all" of you....(Except "Lab" of course)....Hope everything works out. Going to go now and check out my clock, curious to find out what all of the fuss is about.

it's to change the color of the clocks bro. and i'm doing the work now for free (you just pay shipping and led's) to make up for his lack of respect for people. some people just dont appreciate that fact and think since he's had clock's for over 9 months that belong to other people it's ok since he made an "apology" about it. some people just dont learn ya know?

Since I also have a couple of other vehicles I've checked out other forums through the years. One of my toys is a '66 split window vw bus. The guys on that site would have strung him up by now! I was just shocked at how some people can't see that this guy is unreliable and has made little, if any, effort to rectify the problem months later? I guess guys like you help make up for his bad behavior.

thanks man, your the first person to actually thank me for doing this. i guess some people see a good jesture as an opportunity to strike. not gonna mention names, but they know who they are. oh well, that's why i pick and choose who i do favors for, and when the time comes to really help out people with somethin, i wont choose them.
