I want to replace all 4 ABS sensors on my Hyundai Tiburon GS 2006 2.0L Auto Transmission.

While it's easy to find REAR hub/bearing assemblies with ABS, I can't find any FRONT wheel bearing w/ABS, all of what I find are non-ABS.

I guess my questions are:

1. Will my front ABS system work with those non-abs bearings?

2. Do the front ABS sensors connect to the actual bearing, or any other component like the axle?

I am not aware of any "ABS vs NON ABS" wheel bearings for any brand. They are only year, make, body style, related/specific.
CV axles, yes, they're ABS related.

I am in agreeance with Charlie. There is no difference between ABS and non-ABS wheel bearings.

The ABS sensors attach to the hub so this has no effect on bearings. However, there will be a difference between CV axles due to the ABS tone ring but that's the only difference. The tone ring does not interfere with the hubs or bearings. You can use an ABS CV axle on a non-ABS car, but you cannot use a non-ABS CV axle on an ABS car (unless you want your ABS system to throw a fault).

If you use a reputable site like RockAuto to search for part numbers, you will see there is no difference called out for ABS vs non-ABS when it comes to wheel bearings.

Agreed, it appears the rear hub has the tone ring, not the CV axle.

Andddd.......peeps keep saying sensor when they should be saying tone ring. The actual sensor is a Hall effect sensor which is stationary on the knuckle/carrier.
