With all due respect, I understand that you're busy... but even for a private-party sale, 3 weeks is an unacceptable amount of time to wait for the requested parts to ship. Given the value of our sale ($385), I am sincerely disappointed that you didn't prioritize your orders better.

If I do not receive my parts soon, I may take you up on that refund, because nearly $400 is a lot of money for me to have tied up right now, especially when I'm not getting any value out of it. I still want the headlights and tail lights; and I have no intention of backing out of the sale, but given the time lost, maybe you should considering throwing one of the smaller items that I intended to purchase into the box when you go to ship them out.

I don't want to have to open a dispute with Paypal, but like some of your other customers, my patience and faith in your reputation are wearing thin... Please earn the kudos that I had planned for you!
