Well, I talked to my cousin's sister's brother's dog's breeder's babies mama and she said that the turbo would be well worth the money putting out 500 hp on pump gas and stock internals. She said that Hyundai was very sorry for the rumors and pushed back timelines, but they had to figure out how to bend light and time to find a parrallel universe that still contained unicorns for their horns. (They make the best shock tubes, of course!) Now that that is all done, we'll have the baddest cars on the market with a warranty. Now Hyundai's working on the proper security safeguards to keep the time travel technology away from Michael Jackson. It seems that Mike wants his old nose back!

i think 2 more months is the official release date.

and by 2 more months i dont mean November. i mean 2 months from today, or maybe 2 months from tomorrow. probably 2 months from next week.

as much as i would love to see this stuff come out, i just dont want to get my hopes up again just to count down to november and hear nothing. i even stopped asking my parts guy about it, while i'm in there. though he did mention HARD parts to me when i was talking about a header gasket.

I believe that there is such a program/product as HARD. but there are lots of those programs products that never get to market. ever.

This is interesting, but I wonder how these parts would compare to other aftermarket parts? Would Hyundai aim to beat the competition, or play it on the safe side seeing as how their precious warrenty is at stake?

well even if their prices are better...you'll still have to take into account of labor fees...that and (fi) performance wise would most likely have less hp gains compared to the AM counterparts, but i like the idea of being able to mod w/o thorwing your warrenty in the gutter :-D

From what I've heard from people that are working with Bill to develope products, his pretty thorough. So that always takes longer. I know they have products its just a matter of when.

Well as the year is progressed, I've been talking to my dealer more and more about the H.A.R.D parts, and everytime they seem to know more and more about them. When I first started asking around, they said it was a rumor that they had been hearing about on forums etc, then later they started telling me about some of the factory parts that would be coming out, but no seasonal release date. NOW, they're telling me it should come out about winter time or so...but now we wait.

But I've been waiting since Jan, so I'm running on empty on patience....

Edit: and now I just scrolled up the page and saw the pics of SEMA, so now I'm happier...but still waiting... :3_hypocri :3_yawnee: :3_shiny:

I have an idea but it prolly wont EVER happen: If you go to Carmax (Satan's 2nd A$$hole, the 1st is the DMV) you will see after market parts for sale to put into your car and to ADD on to your CAR PAYMENT ..so that way to you dont have to pay for it upfront(financing) I think it waslike 5 extra bucks a month to have a 12" sub or something...I dunno but IF and ONLY IF (I know its NOT LIKELY but OMG WHAT IF!) Hyundai did that with H.A.R.D.? You know just go ahead and add that turbo for like an extra 100 bucks a month or someting? SWEET ASS!!...but yeah, back to reality.
