I just got my Tib and I would like to make it better. I mean BETTER! That would include:
CHEAP not to expensive:
Intake
Headers
Exhaust
matching silver headlights and clear corners
Painted silver(alluminum matching interior), painted not the ugly stick on stuff you see on ebay
system(amp and 2 12's or 10's in the trunk with special made box to look nice)
or anything you think could help that is cheap

Looks good, now as for that CHEAP line....there are cheap parts out there, but also remember you will get what you pay for with most things...here is a small list

Intake- Ebay intake anywhere from $40-$70 compared to Injen or AEM whic go for $200+

Exhaust & Headers- in Group Buy section right now you can have both for $450-$475 shipped, also PM DemonEyez for more info.

Headlight clear corners-free, and two small 5 oz cans of silver paint for headlight bezels, (1) 5 oz can of clearcoat from autozone will cost about $8-$15 pending on which type of paint you use.

Painted interior trim- DIY forum for how to remove and paint, cost of paint approx. $10, depends on what all you paint.

System- now this is where you really get what you pay for and I am by no means an expert... so do some research...what brands would you like.. I have Sony, not many here like em, however two 12's can be bought from just about anywhere online for about $149 from Crutchfield..2 JBL GT's for $149 also crutchfield...2 Alpine Type E 12's $149 crutchfield...now for an amp...MTX Thunder series are good for the price $249-$299 for the cheaper ones....a box can be made on your own, but you will need to know what amount of space and what type of box to use, most are type 1 or type 3, check crutchfield. Vinyl can be purchased from any fabric store that can wrap the box and make it look decent...but most go with carpeting

I hope this helps some. I would so some searching around ALL of the forums for the best BANG FOR BUCK parts and components. There are alot of different opinions to be heard. Also check the For Sale forum and Group Buy forum frequently because someone is always selling something, some used, some new, for good prices. Good luck and happy modding
