haha, yeah. The stockers came with a 65 series sidewall (previous owner....) then the gray wheels were a 245/45/17 and now current wheels are a 215/50/16 if i remember correctly.

But both sets of wheels were a craigslist steal so I couldn't pass them up. Someday I'll have a legit wheel/tire combo!:3_chubby:

The bike is a 1978 gs550

If you are wanting to do a simple cafe build on a budget, I'd look into picking up a Honda cb"any number". As they are super common and easy to work with (especially the 2 cylinders). I haven't seen too many Cafe'd Suzukis yet, which is kind of a bummer.
