I'm up in Woodstock,,,I'm gonna take it to Autozone tommorow before work to see it it's something other than the cai, cause I know I hooked it up right.

I had a similar problem with my AEM CAI throwing an occasional CEL.
You might want to check and see if the intake pipe is flush against the manifold. I made sure mine was fit snug against the manifold and tightened the clamp - Since have had no CEL's or better yet any jerking when I let off the gas! Give that a try and see if it maybe solves your problem

well, I got the AEM cai a couple of weeks ago and installed it correctly :p
however I've been reading the forums in regards to the CEL problems, and I've tried everything and still no solution. I have made sure the MAF is pointing towards the TB, disconnected the negative battery cable, the 2 ecu fuses(under dash and in engine bay) and cleaned the MAF as well as made sure the cable is not tight. The cai is not touching anything, even the brake cable.
I still have a CEL and the car jerks. Does anybody have any other ideas ?

The MAF points away from the throttle body.
