Hey what intercooler piping kit did you buy, and how was the quality?

I bought one kit of 2.5" piping in England, the quality is great very fine tubes and couplers.

your welds look sloppy. next time you weld, use a grinder or sanding wheel to remove any surface coatings on the pipes, and clean off any grease or oil.

I imagine that your welds on the wastegate will crack if your car sees much use.

No, my car is in good conditions, I broke my old turbo T28, I have one problem with oil seals.

Really I don't know, I bought mine to a particular seller, I have search motoria's web or any information and nothing, I paid over 80$ for it, but I think is a very good manifold for these price.

Ok, my car is finished, it run very good, now I have to run 1000km without boost(no push Jay, haha), the SFR ECU is great, the car sound perfect and no problems, is the best tool for turbo set up I think.

How much boost is being run?

Over 1.4-1.5 bar(20psi), but I like start with 0.5-0.6bar(7-8psi).

How much power is being made?

Has not gone to the dyno yet, just broke in the engine.

Do you have any other piggyback fuel tuners to make further adjustments in the car?

Not needed.

thanks for rehasing everything he said from BEFORE he was running it boosted because he was breaking in the motor. I read the thread.

Now that the car has been put back together for a couple weeks I would like to get some feedback - not just what he was expecting before it was together and running, if thats ok with you?
