If you go F/I, I would stick with a stage 0 or 1 because you do NOT want to blow the motor!

so it's looking like Hyundai will have a new toy to play with. the New toyota sports coupe is coming as a scion called the FR-S. the final production model has been leaked. 200hp out of a 4banger. car weighs 3200 pounds. the Tibs should have no problem with these

exactly cuz our engines were never designed to withstand high compresion. deff gonna be a stage 1 with NGM built top end @ 9psi and all the supporting mods should deff get the tib to about 300hp to the ground easily. which isnt much these days, specially in the tuner scene, but at least it should keep up with most 300-350hp cars since the boost is there all the time with no lag,

hey bro my friends dad will do it around 100 bucks! hell do it for cheap! you just have to help him with labor thats it! he has every tool you need!

Bro ive been working my *** off! and busy with school! ive been doing a lot of mods lately!!! just purchased an RRM Front Strut bar! still waiting on our stage iv upper intake and lower core manifolds! cant wait! i put a double deck dvd in and 2 12" subs! its bumping very nice! i got a ton more! man o man! i need to show you all the stuff ive done bro! its been a long time!

Wow man, I really want to see everything you've done! I'm a bit hesitant to say this, but instead of a meet - we should get a few of the core members and just meet up at like Sandia Peak or something fun, you know?

Sounds like some fun for the peakrun but becore it snows thatd be great. I think highlands and i are getting those near christmas maybe lol tc was at sema i think this week. Highlands car is coming along nice everytime he mods he drops by when hes in town its looking clean making me jealous to redo it all

my talon was my first car its gonna be hard emotionally to let go plus that bad boy is AWD and spanks out 300 ponies to the wheels. and i would get a duffer turbo kit for the tib, but id want a s/c cuz no one would hear the s/c until i hit 3/5k rpm and they will be like WTF????? and im like byebye !!! haha.

but it would cost a ton of money to get the tib up to and past 300hp to the ground and a lot of internal work for a reliable car hittin over 10 psi, . pushin over 9 psi on the stock internals on the tib and the sleeves would be gone and bye bye engine lol

so thats why its a tough choice, dump like 9k into the tib to break 300hp is a bit much. i would love the big hp on teh tib so i just wouldnt be satisfied with a stage 0 or 1 s/c kit that barely breaks 230hp to the ground. satge 2 for 4.5k would get the tib to about 260-270 reliably on stock internals which would be more of where i would want to be if i did go s/c, but still if i boost the tib i want it to break 300hp, id would want to aim for at least 370hp to the ground so i can spank me some sti's.

true very true but how many people out there actually have a tib thats boosted that high duffer prooved we can do 7 safely but if you talk to tc at ngm he may be able to work something out for motor internals. im going to start stock pilling parts to turbo it itll take a year or so but whatev see you on the darkside

that is true as well,there was like 2 boosted tibs in alb, derek parted his out obviously, and the guy with the blue v6 stage 1 NGM s/c is somewhere in town, never seen him, but hes out there cuz one of the first guys who started the NM thread he said he had the first s/c tib in alb and then he sold it, but i do know there is a guy in las cruces that has a v6 s/c tib.

i hate how u make me want a s/c now :3_headsha lol

i cant wait to see your turbo tib project done, u should start updating everything let us know whats goin down so far :3_bier:
