new decals and weapon r short ram..i think iam goen paint it purple and paint the black on the motor cover purple and then my crome strut bar purple when it comes..what do u guys think?

personally....i would leave the strut bar chrome.

is the decal like a dark window tint, or is it SOLID black?? looks pretty good though! does it go on the outside or the inside?

i personally wouldnt go with purple but if thats what you want then go for it

go blue and pink. Believe it or not, pink looks good accenting blue. I wouldn't go purple unless it's really dark purple and you can't tell if it's blue or purple

on the decal question it is a black vinal u cannot see thru it and it went on the inside of the window so like if u look at it it looks like its soposed to be there..and as for the painting..i was thinking a dark purpleish blue..but iam not quite sure..i think some color other than crome would be sweet since iam not goen have any crome i could do pink and have the intake and strut pink and do the cover pink and leave the one part silver and then get blue hoses? how bout that

when doing a car have 1 color sceme...to many colors makes it look out of place
if u like purple go purple
if u want pink go pink.....

they make tons of blues and red's which everyone has i like ur idea of a different shade of color but its gonna be harder to make paint and if your looking for anything else.

i did purple with my purple cavalier and it turned out pretty good with a chrome intake and strut bar

i totally agree with adam.

now a days, you either see red or blue. doing something different would set you apart from everyone else, and might look good depending on how you go about it.

in my tastes.....too much of the same color is over kill. do a few small things purple. like...i would recommend...
paint the BLACK of your engine cover the dark purple with a silver base coat/primer. but leave the silver plug cover silver.
the BLUE top of your windshield washer fluid resevoir, paint that dark purple.
leave the intake piping chrome, and leave the strut bar chome.
get those chrome hose coverings. chrome wire looms....with dark purple hose clamps/connectors.
a little bit of color with chrome looks sick. that's just what i would recommened. it's ultimately up to you. it's you're car.
but then again...i don't have any paint jobs or anything flashy under my hood. lol.
i have ideas.....but personally, regatta blue (dark blue) is a lame color to work with. i either do blue, or chrome. not much compliments blue when it comes to cars.

yea iam still deciding.. i did a quick photo shop of what my car with the black roof and pillars would look like and its really different looking....but i do like it and i think itll be done this winter when iam bored

I dont know if anyone is interested, but i have brand new gauge bezel and Ignition bezel cover or a 03'-06'(both are a stainless steel look) that i bought from midnight wolf. I changed my mind and want to do red bezels to match my other interior parts. i bought them for $50 shipped, ill sell them for $40 make a offer for trade. i think i changed my myne iam thinken of doing a copper looking crome paint to the strut and intake and also the cover

copper is cool....make sure u put some good coats on or else it could look bad after a little

yea i have a special paint from iam thinken its house of color it is a crome looking paint but i have it in a few colors red,blue green, crome itself, and copper and i was like hmmm i think that be sweet cuz aint noone else got it
