yes..
there is no "H-I.com group"...just a bunch of different meets all over town for
the forum members. When the Teaworks meet was going on..we would go
and meet new people from all over town. I suggest you join the forum and start posting.
You'll start meeting lots of people and then try to make one of your local meets. And like I said,
You are always welcome to hang out with a few Tibs when we meet up with the other H-I members. We'll let you know when we all plan to attend one again.

Cool. Yea, I'm getting to know those guys...thanks for hookin' me up guys.

Hey, you guys know any good places around town to get window tinting for cheap but good quality? A buddy of mine was going to recommend me to someone that would do it at my house (side job kind of thing) and just charge me for the supplies and like a 6 pack or something. $50 sound too much?

I'd like to go with a shop or something though, someone that has a warranty. If you guys can help, it'd be much appreciated. :3_winkthu

hey josh, how much for my dads new lincoln ls? its a sedan, so like 4 windows, rear window and eyebrow. hes got a sunroof but doestnt want it tinted. btw, i think there is 1 tiny window on each side, like just behind the rear windows. i forgot. but he definitely wants it done. just wants to get a price and then we can make an appointment.

100 bucks isn't bad. But what do you mean when you tint the "eyebrow"?

Are you basically putting some tint on the headlight unit to make it look like an eyebrow, or do I need the eyebrow pieces to attach to them.

Never did eyebrows, so don't really know how it works. Heh.


And another quick question: You guys know a place to dyno close to the Willowbrook area? Price?

an eyebrow is a strip across the front windshield. not the eyebrow that goes across the headlgiht. i know a friend of ours knows a place where you can get one done.

Damn H town no posts in here in 2 days whats up with that? Just checking in and seeing who all plans on going to the DIY day in Sept. I am there for sure but I was just curious as to the interest level. Seems like lately its been difficult to get some enthusiasm in the forums.

its always difficult to get interest. my guess is that we might have about 10 tibs.... but that way, itll be easier to get around. and we can take lots more pictures and stuff. we wont stay at the car wash for too long. but ill be there, im sure david and trac will as well. i think josh has to work.

I am a new guy, just picked up my Tib less than a week ago, but I am gonna try to make it out to the DIY/Meet. Im not much of a party/drinker guy, but I would like to see what you guys have done to your Tibs, and it is always fun to meet new people.

Where is Webster located??? Friday I was in Tomball..1960 and 249 area, and then West houston.

I show up if I know when are where anyone is meeting at.

Nope, wasnt over in the Clear Lake area... there are suppose to be 4-5 yellow tibs in the houston area.

I have checked out houston-imports.com, i would show up but I want some tibs there, I dont care about those other cars.
