my girl gets mad at me all the time to cause i am on here so much and i spend way to much money on my car. I cant say that i love my car as much as you though.

I gotta say though, I love my car too!

It's not my daily driver but I did get it a garage to stay in.
And, I think about it alot.

I get in more trouble due to I spend more time washing my car and keeping it clean. Then if we take her car I leave trash in it, but never let her leave trash in mine..

 

my tiburon is my first car and is goin to be my last car. Not like others, they leave em for another car. What kind of sht is that..

LOL luved reading this first thing in the morning. Scary thing is it sounds so familiar! My wife always says "at least I know your spending your time and money with the car and not another woman".

 

Lol there is nothing wrong with loving your car, sounds like you made the right choise. I tend to get obsessive over my cars too.

Just be sure to pay attention to your gf and buy her things once in a while and take her for rides in your baby.

 

So much so, that my fiance is completely jealous of the fact that I take 3 times more pictures of my car than of her.

tell her to "pop the hood" and "open the hatch" and youll be glad to take more pics of her, LOL. nobody takes pics of a car with the cover on.

seriously tho, my GF says i take too many pics of my car, then i say "ok, let me take some of you" and its all "nooooooooo, i dont like having my pic taken!"

 

I get the same reaction. Wife asked me over the weekend how many pictures I have of the car, I said "more then I have of you, why?"

She read the 1st post and said "oh my god, there are more people like you out there", I laughed at her and told her to make me some coffee lol.

I made the deal with her last year, when I got the car, that I wouldn't get any big ticket items for the car until I got her a ring, so now I've probly spent almost, but not quite, $2000 on the car, coulda gotten a ring for that lol.

 

If this starts impeding your relationship with your wife : more sex. That actually is the answer, as long as you can make her feel loved whilst sexing.

Then again, I haven't spent as much as I spend on my car on a gf since... prom back in HS... so that makes it 5 years.
