Link to the exact one i got which was 2.25". They do also have 2.5"

 

Can i replace this for my Cat? Right now i have ARK Spec Headers and then i have Cat connected at the Bottom and after that i have ARK DTS Exhaust connected. Reason i want 2 replace my cat is the Honey Comb Inside is not good anymore ........so can i replace it with these or this or any suggestions?

 

Well depending on where you live, you might be required to have the cat in for inspection. If the cat doesn't work correctly anymore, you'll probably just have to get a new one. I think the resonator might be too long for that exact spot also.

All a resonator is, is like a first muffler. It should kill my drone/rasp in my exhaust.
You would put the resonator after the cat.

So it's like: Headers->Collector Pipe->Catalytic Converter->(Flange)->Resonator->Pipes to mufflers.

Federaly speaking you cannot remove/modify ANY cats on the car. You can replace a failed one but it has to be certified.

But since you have headers on....that went out the door.

Looks like a nice resonator.

I have the same resonator, except mine is 2.5", it helps a lot. I got mine from summit racing.
