Stuttering, Power Loss, Bogging Down: Idle Scanner Results Inside

I feel like a broken record because I've asked this before. I think I'm too close to this car but I'm not able to figure out what the heck is going on.
  • Bogs down on acceleration
  • Feels jumpy while driving
  • Stuttering while accelerating
  • occasional complete loss of power while turning (bogging down)
  • idle is weird. sometimes its high, sometimes it low
  • sometimes idle rough at stop lights, not bouncing, just dips low

I did have o2 sensor CEL and I went ahead and replaced them all. I got a code for the TPS and replaced that as well. There are currently no CEL lights and I feel like I've hit a dead end. I've cleaned the injectors, put a new strainer on the fuel pump, gone through every wire, every hose and I'm just not finding the answer.

I ran the scanner at idle and was wondering if anyone can pick up on any red flags, I'd really appreciate it.

Here's the imgur link as well if that loads nicer for some people: http://imgur.com/a/C9SQM

check for vacuum leaks EVERYWHERE. I just found a huge one around the silicone coupler connecting my MAF to my intake tube. I had tightened the clamp down so much that I had deformed/crushed/collapsed the MAF's plastic ring and broken the "crosshairs" inside it loose on one side. I couldn't tell because it was on the bottom when looking down into the engine bay, but exasperated, I took it apart last night to inspect it and found the issue. A little bit of clear silicone later and everything is peachy again, lol. Temporary fix of course, I could really use a new MAF that isn't crushed on one side.

My point is though, you could have a vacuum leak, a serios leak, and not know it if you don't inspect EVERYTHING.

P.s. I also found that 3 of 7 bolts securing my UIM to my LIM were loose last night, possibly an extra source of leakage.

Are you hearing any noises like a sucking sound? Have you checked all the basics? Battery, spark plugs, SP wires, fuses, air filter? How many miles on the car? To me it sounds fuel related but you need to check all the basic stuff first and if that fails, i'd say check your fuel pressure and maybe do a power balance test. Does it sound like it is missing periodicly? Other thing could be the IAC acting up. What are your LTFT's at?

looking at the numbers, it looks like the issue is on Bank 1. Bank 2 fuel trims look fine, but it would be good to see the long term fuel trims as well, I don't see those in the pics you posted.

Maybe an intake gasket leak, letting unmetered air into one of the Bank 1 cylinders

I think it's a vac leak because the idle valve duty cycle is too high, and the maf value as well for that idle speed. I imagine that it's so high because the idle valve duty cycle is so high.

Im not sure but dont you have to calibrate the tps? Or something like that

My car had this same issue and i was chasing my tail for weeks. Turned out to be bad plugs and wires even though they were decently new. Replaced them and been good ever since.
