Thanks to you, we have come up with 2 sets of cams custom made to your specification for in/ex by CROWER for V6 Tiburon.

As we spoke before...

One set will be send to Korea tomorrow for matching with our ecu.

Another set, I will be testing on Hyundai dealer plate car with my editing software here at same time. My experience is short, so I don't think my knowledge is good enough to offer them until my staff's coming from Korea to redo with their Motec PLM wideband.

I'll be using PLX300 with my edit software to see how much difference I can get from stock car.

Hope this outcome will be good as our R.E.A.L. ENGINEERING name instead of our dark side of F.A.K.E ENGINEERING.

well the differences i got with a before and after

before After

peak 185.6 @6100 RPM peak 209 @6400 rpm / 204.2 @6100

peak gain of 24whp

151 whp @ 6700 202 whp @ 6700 gain of 51 whp

130 whp @ 7000rpm 190 whp @ 7000 rpm gain 60 whp

these results are with zero fuel or ignition tuning, i bolted the cams in and went to the dyno, i didn't even degree the cams......so you can imagine what the results should be with proper tuning, as well i am at or beyond the limit of my stock injectors . the car pulls like a beast on top end and is a blast to drive. power comes on strong at 4500 rpm and pulls all the way to 7K

in case anyone was wondering what mods my car had before the cams to get 185 whp

AOS CAI, Key Headers, single 2.5 exhaust no cats Magnaflow muffler, ported upper and lower intake(stage 3), REAL 91 ecu, cam gears, TB bypass, lightweigt flywheel / stg 3 clutch/ lightweight rims...............stock i was 135 -140 whp between 3 runs....all was done on the same dyno with the same parameters

these cams would have too much overlap to really work with FI, you would need to use a secondary cam sprocket to separate the lobe centers more.........as these are they would bleed off too much boost, but maybe at super high RPM they would work.....as cams for NA applications and FI applications are alot different....these are NA cams by design........

That's what im asking, anything for the F/I guys, I didn't mean ecu, i meant kit, and could we have it specified? Like could there be a kit for the alpine stage 2.
cam sprokets should make them work...i think

Won't happen, you have to consider a few things. It's a cycle. You have to look at this from a business stand point.
1. Hyundai owners = not rich. (well 99%)
2. Most people that hook up car's don't buy a Hyundai
3. People that have a Hyundai and hook up cars usualy wan't the easy way out, and thats F/I
4. People with Hyundai's don't have a lot of money (refer to #1) so they won't pay a lot for parts.
5. They won't pay a lot for parts so demand is low, which means price is high.
6. If price is high then they wont buy parts.
7. And around and around it goes.

The only answer is for a company to make parts that cost the same as for other cars. I mean how many other car owners have to pay $700 for headers, $1200 for cams, and so on. So if they came out with the cams for around $700 (which won't happen) Then a lot of people will buy it and then they will make their money, but it is too much of a risk.

Well I hope it's not upwards of $1500....That will make it too difficult for those of us who would like to keep our cars N/A not to seriously consider the FI route. FI really isn't that much more and offers more possibilities. I still want to keep my car NA, I hope the price is reasonable.

Interesting comment coming from someone who gets all his parts from ngm.
