I met a guy today at Bald Hill with a silver 07 tiburon. got him to come to the meet this saturday. he should be joining NT today or tomorrow to get the info. he paints cars, so should be a good asset to the club.

ok so Justin and the other guys on the island what time r we going to meet and are we meeting by the park by nisco's house.. and also is any guys bringing their g/f b/c my g/f is like i dont want to go but who cars she can stay home but I'm still coming..

found a place that will do it for 80 bucks for all four mounted and balanced WOOT .But i still will be on stockers this meet cause they can't do it till monday all booked up grrrr. for that price i'll wait lol.I went and looked at my car at noon time today since i was down the street working and the bumper wasn't lined up properly and the paint had a run in it ,i was like what the f%^k so they got right on it and by 5:00pm it was all better ,till i started the car it had a serious tick to it like not injector tick like a lifter was sticking, i got real mad and i said well wtf it wasn't doing it when i brought it in????? anyway i took it down the road it was still doing it and then BAM no i didn't blow the motor the loud tick stopped and went away i guess they had the car lifted in the rear for awhile and just brought it out when i got there and then i started it up so i was thinking that the oil went to the front of the motor and just needed to cycle ?what do you all think ? cause it 's not doing it any more ?

9-9:30 good god man that means i'll have to leave at 7:30 man the wifes not going to like that she likes her sleepy time on the weekends lol non the less i will be there but it might be easier to go to the rest stop for me cause i can go 395S to 95s i let you know jay (whats your address so i have it

WTF? Joe hasnt gotten back on a Time yet. are we meeting at Christopher morely park or what?

im plannin on Noon i guess, that sound about right?

SUNNY!!! Looks like good weather. Looks like I'll be wearing my orange crush bathing suit, orange crush sleeveless shirt and orange crush sunglasses to this awesome park/beach!!! Please excuse my excitement, I've been working 12+ hour days in a window-less data center.....

when my car was at the body shop waiting for the adjuster (3 weeks) it just sat around, then when i picked it up to wait for the parts to come in, i had the EXACT same noise, I was liekholy crap WTF!!!! i was so pissed i thought they took it out for a joy ride and f'ed it up but on the way home it was like someone flipped a switch and the noise was gone...... enough to make yo ureal nervous tho, lol

and BTW i am almost guarantee my car will not be done and i will not be making this meet:3_frown: :3_frown:

Yea Searingtown Rd (exit 36N) 1/2 mile up from the LIE on the Right hand side. cant miss it, its a big parking lot. im gonna call Joe again today, but his phone was off yesterday.


ps- if anyone has Espo's # make sure you call him friday and saturday nagging him to come. he was at bald hill and didnt know about the meet. he said he might come and to call him. so im gonna call like 50 times to make sure he comes, i suggest everyone does the same!
