What video? I didnt go with you last time. The last time I went I brake torqued the second I got up there. Idk I think one time a while ago I did that mention just for the hell of it because my times were crap.

Anyways usually I lanuch at a low or high rpm to start with and just keep trying different rpms if the 60 was bad, but no I dont wait til the last second.
No....no you didn't...I was watching it again last night. The vids are when mandy is in the car.

Now after driving tavis's auto I know how loud is engine is when i brake torque in his car. And you definetly arn't....at least not hard....and not as soon as you get there....And I don't think you had the new wheels and tires yet so that couldn't be the difference. Just thought you might want to check that, maybe you can get a couple more tenths. Or maybe I am wrong, but honestly it really doesn't look/sound like you are....at least not hard....

That was the last run of that night, I lanuched low because my 60s were getting better when I lanuched lower because of spin. That "13 second" supra ran a low 15 against me and took past probably past the 1/8 to finally pull ahead of me. That was the same guy talking crap about Chris's car on how if he didnt have his s/c his tib would be nothing...

Anyways last time I went I lanuched a range from 1200rpms to 2k and I got a better 60 and 1/4time lanuching around 1500 as oppose to 2k.

Btw I always brake torque the second I get up there. I only did it once or twice just at the last second to see if I can get a better 60. Also that tiny little camera Im sure isnt the best in audio for vids lol. We got that new vid camera though so next time we all go we can get some good videos down for once.

HOW TO DRIVE IN PHOENIX:

1. You must first learn to pronounce the city name, it is: "FEE-NICKS".

2. The morning rush hour is from 5:00am to noon. The evening rush hour is from noon to 7:00pm. Friday's rush hour starts on Thursday morning.

3. The minimum acceptable speed on most freeways is 85 mph. On Loop 101, your speed is expected to match the highway number. Anything less is considered "Wussy".

4. Forget the traffic rules you learned elsewhere. Phoenix has its own version of traffic rules. For example, cars/trucks with the loudest muffler go first at a four-way stop; the trucks with the biggest tires go second.
However, East Valley, SUV-driving, cell phone-talking moms ALWAYS have the right of way.

5. If you actually stop at a yellow light, you will be rear ended, cussed out, and possibly shot.

6. Never honk at anyone. Ever. Seriously. It's another offense that can get you shot.

7. Road construction is permanent and continuous in Phoenix. Detour barrels are moved around during the middle of the night to make the next day's driving a bit more exciting.

8. Watch carefully for road hazards such as drunks, skunks, dogs, barrels, cones, cows, horses, cats, mattresses, shredded tires, squirrels, rabbits, crows, vultures, javelinas, roadrunners, and the coyotes feeding on any of these items.

9. Maricopa Freeway, Papago Freeway and the "I-10" are the same road.

10. If someone actually has their turn signal on, wave them to the shoulder immediately to let them know it has been "accidentally activated."

11. If you are in the left lane and only driving 70 in a 55-65 mph zone, you are considered a road hazard and will be "flipped off" accordingly.
If you return the flip, you'll be shot.

12. For summer driving, it is advisable to wear potholders on your hands.

LOL, Gotta love Phoenix and surrounding cities. Everybody is just so happy to be alive:3_smile:

Went to Coyotes game last night, got drunk, watched the coyotes get bent over and pumped, watched Josh Gratton mug a penguins player from behind and beat the **** out of him, went to bar after game and got even more drunk. It was good times:3_yes: Oh yes and who ever came up with the idea of "coyotes girls" and "The pack" are brilliant in my opinion.:3_coool:

...its kinda hard to compare the sound of a motor from a camera in comparison to actually being in a car.

and "theoretically speaking," u dont get the hardest launches by flooring it completely on the converter....

No, I'm gonna sell the car as soon as I find a good deal on a GTO.
Let us know how much you paid for it when and if you buy it. My girl was looking at red one at Midway pontiac.
