I did bought from him a front Poly motor mount for 80$ on december 31 2011.
we are February 4th and i still not receice it. apparently he shipped it the 19 by USPS. i tried to call USPS several time and they dont found any trace of this.
asked Him for a refund and he disagree as well of not willing to have USPS to investiguate the '' Issue ''.
Pretty bad service. Just Lost 80$ Never again il buy on a Forums of someone.

I sent your mount on 01-1312012.
On 01-17-2012, you asked for an update, and I was told by USPS I needed your phone number as a contact for customs. They claimed to be holding shipment at the office until sent. I'd never heard of anything like that in my life.
You provided it, and they sent it. I looked over the reciept for a tracking number, and saw none, so I PM'd you a copy of the USPS reciept w/ customs number.

For 2 weeks straight you've PM'd me wanting an update, which I've worked with you and tried to find out the best I could.
When I spoke to the USPS office today, I was told you needed to contact the customs office in your area for any possible update.

Now you're unhappy, and I feel for you in the matter. If there was anything more I could do to help you, then by god I would.
But I am not sending you a refund for something that USPS/Customs has either lost, tied up in limbo, or whatever the hell is going on.
I'm not eating this one, I'm sorry.

I can be a slow shipper, yes. I have kids, and a full time job. But your part is long gone from my hands. I hope it ends up to you, I really do.

Now, keep making your threats against paypal, and keep making a claim. I'll then email Paypal all the PM's between us, this thread, and the pictures of the USPS reciept.

Jazz, you and me are done. Its between you and customs/usps.
I've been civil and more than willing to help, but you're testing my patience now.

Just spoke with my local post office again.

Package sent to sorting facility in New Orleans, LA on 01-21-2012.

Thats the only other info he gave me. Said its a standard class, which can take up to 4 weeks to recieve, not counting the time it may spend in customs.

So be patient, and quit trying to bad mouth me.

I agree with you, however if the seller told you that sorry but nothing i can do after payment has been made more then a month you probably think that you got screwed

Eviljazz has filed a dispute with paypal, and I have supplied paypal with a copy of the shipping reciept, names of who I have spoken to at USPS, and I will comply with them in all manners.

Jazz's issue is with the post office, not paypal, and no longer me.
I'm trying to help as much as I can, and feel bad about the situation.

Eviljazz has successfully STOLEN a motor mount and my money.
He lied to paypal so they would reverse the charge. When he asked me to send the mount as a gift to avoid large customs fee's, I did that, downside being no tracking number.

ROT IN HELL YOU F*CKING SCUMBAG.

you did mess up cause i still have NO RECEIVE anything from you being almost 2 month now. so Blame yourself

i don't know how i am immature maybe cause i speak french and trying to do my best in english, however i never recevieve what i pay for, so after 2 month i deceide to opena dispute on paypal which i think everyone would do the same.
im reading post on our sponsor and some member are freaking out after 1 week. So i think 2 month waiting for a LITTLE package is reasonable. Also i did sell stuff here to other memeber in US and never had any issue

It doesn't take 2 months to receive an item shipped USPS to Canada.

I'm also still waiting for an item from him.

This was a ****** situation where neither party was at fault. My personal opinion is that the seller had no obligation to reimburse, because he has proof of shipment. However, my opinion does not matter. PayPal feels as if the money should be refunded. They are a company trusted with finances and by dealing through PayPal, you trust their decision on stuff like this. Don't like it? Stop using them.

Keep personal insults out of this. You can call him a thief all you want, but bottom line, he doesn't have a part he paid money for, should you be marked as a thief if PayPal didn't refund the money? Like I said, ****** situation, don't get mad at each other, get mad at the shipping service.
