Time to Get out of the House/Dark Water Febuary Philly Meet

Darn that was a mouthful. I figured it would be good to start posting particulars cause it could get lost in the previous thread. The meet is on Febuary 26th, we will be meeting across from Chicky & Pete's in the ShopRite Parking lot off Roosevelt BLVD. When everyone shows up we will then go to Hard Rock then maybe South St/Olde City. The meet time will be 3:30/4p ish.

Please post here if you know, For Sure, that you are going.

Twas just a suggestion for all the AA members that are talking up the other thread. But I hope you are just joking cause there are plenty of places that will serve soda/non-alcoholic drinks. Don't let this be your excuse to not go.

I just made some suggestions, I am still not sure what we are doing on the 26th but if you are serious just post an I'm out and I'll remove you from the list.

I'm still in for going, but I don't want to feel like the "5th wheel" and just get there and then you guys all go to a bar or something and I drive back to NJ myself. That would be one ****ty night. Hopefully there are others going that are not yet 21!

I'm not 21 yet and I'm trying to go...might need to find a friend to drive down with me...so I'm still a maybe but if I'm going smiley, i'm 18 also

Yo...guys:

Bar hopping is great, for those who are 21+. for the others, I was planning SOUTH ST. (an experience only done by few). As the main organizer for the event, we are going to meet in the spot immensely stated, and we are going to the Hard Rock Cafe in Philly for dinner........then, to olde city........any questions?????????????? Meeting time is 330p/4p on the 26th of FEB.

I'm still down...we should just meet at C&P's. That way us legal people can drink while we wait. my vote is for olde city by the way. i havent been to south st since i was 15 and deffinately cant say that i miss it in any way, shape, or form. I still stop and meet you guys at shop rite if your goin to south st...i'll just go to Soma, 700 Club or Red Sky instead.

Well I am not definitly sure about going at the end of February. I really want to check out everbodies ride but my friends are going to the poconos.

I dont know what to choose: Cars and hangin out with new people or Getting loaded at the poconos with 25 of my friends.

Yea, that sucks, I would have to chose the poconos if I were you. But you know we will have some good weekends again soon, you can still hang out with some members, just not such a large group probably. Lets all go to C&P for the Super Bowl for those of us without plans yet! Great food and always a great crowed minor and of age folks.

I've never been to C&P when they carded at the door, I'm not sure if they ever do though. If so, that's scratched. I always thought they were like a regular bar and grill type place that anyone could go to (i.e. Friday's, Applebee's).

doesn't seem like they'll card or anything at the door, i wasn't sure cause i've never been...i might be down for the super bowl, is this place like right in the city? or kinda outside...cause I know it's gonna be crazy in philly super bowl sunday and i dunno if i wanna get caught in that...

It's very close to the sports center stadiums. I'm not sure the names of any of the roads, I just know how to drive there ... lol.

I heard it was extremely crowded on Sunday and if you stood outside of the place, you could hear the crowd everytime the Eagles scored (they were that loud).

Is anyone from my area going, Bucks County-Quakertown is where I'm at....maybe we can meet up before hand? I dunno if my parents are cool with me going to Philly and meeting up with people I haven't met yet lol.....

Thats just absolutely priceless...lol. Teia is right though we wont let anybody hurt you. I used to live New Hope...but i guess that doesnt help now does it
