if i remember correctly, the 03-04 tib can swap with the 05-06 bumper. but yes, you need the 05-06 bumper for this lip

Are the wires easy to work with or will they break easily

When I helped someone install it before, it was really easy. just strip off some of teh plastic and follow directions that come with the harness
